International museum and
library of music of Bologna

The International museum and music library is located in the Palazzo Sanguinetti in Strada Maggiore 34, just a few hundred meters from the Two Towers in the historical center of Bologna.

From the G. Marconi airport take the BLQ aerobus and get off at the Bologna central station.

From Bologna central station, Piazzale Medaglie d'oro, and from the Autostazione di Bologna, Piazza XX Settembre 6, the Museum can be reached:

on foot
Take via Indipendenza from Piazza delle Medaglie d'oro until you get to Piazza Maggiore. Turn left on via Rizzoli and go ahead until you arrive at Piazza Ravegnana, which is exactly under the Two Towers. Continue on Strada Maggiore until number 34.

by bus
n. 25 and n. 27, the first stop on Strada Maggiore. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, T-days closing days of the historic center, take n. 27, get off at the Porta San Vitale stop and continue on foot or take bus 14 or the T1 shuttle from the San Vitale 108 stop and get off at the next San Vitale 50 stop at via Guido Reni. Take via Guido Reni and turn left towards Strada Maggiore 34.

There is an underground parking in Piazza VIII agosto, continue on foot or by bus.
