But even just a walk in the museum is an incredible experience. The museum is in Palazzo Sanguinetti, whose frescoed rooms are a veritable catalog of neoclassical decoration between the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries: the "boschereccia", the oriental room, the neo-Gothic room and neoclassical ballroom until the delicious Egyptian room of one of the finest historical buildings in Bologna (one of the few now open to the public).
