Statue of naophoros

This type of templar statues become common in Egypt, starting from the XIX dynasty; represent an official or a priest, who held in hands the statue of a god, or a king or a temple (naos) within a divine figure.

Inside the temple supported by this Naophoros is the god Osiris: standing, the body wrapped in a funeral sheet, the scepter and the flabellum tight in the hands crossed on his chest, the atef (the white crown of Upper Egypt between two ostrich feathers) on his head.
