Archaeological Museum of Bologna

Archaeological Museum of Bologna numbers teaching and lifelong learning among its primary goals, paying special attention to schools.
The first teaching experiences of the Museum already date back to the years around 1970; in 1985 the Education Department was activated.

Groups and schools intending to visit the museum must book their arrival using the online service.

For further information, there is a dedicated site (didatticabo.midaticket.it) in which it is also possible to book guided visits with archaeologists.

The museum does not have catering space available for visiting school groups, but there are such spaces in the neighbourhood. For information and bookings:
